So while searching on olx for ps* i stumbled upon an ad of ps* pro for Rs *****. i asked for phone mumber of that user to talk to whatsapp. so he gave me and we started a chat where i aksed him to exchnange it with sony xperia Z and psp ****. he was ready and when i asked the reason, he said he was going to spain and couldnt carry much in his bag. so we both agreed upon a deal of sending Courier via dtdc to each other. his brother was working in dtdc already this could be a reason he made a fake bill. on tracking website it showed nothing and so did my bill. which means status will be updated after couple of hours. next day my tracking number with its detail aas shown however his tracking number wasn't. i was anxious and wanted to ask about it but he claimed its just a technical issue. now my courier has been to his friend (as he claims to be in spain, he has a friend to recieve it). but he says he havent recieved it yet. i believe it has been delievered to him but he is lying. now please help me and further assist me. i dont know if i should lodge a police complaint?
