my relatives sent a parcel through apsrtc from gudivada to kphb, i have received a conformation message to my mobile that the parcel is received at kphb and can be collected before **hours, but when i went to collect my parcel, it was not found, and they asked me to come later. again i went and there is no proper response from them. they have given a contact no. and asked me to wait for one day, but there is no response from them and they were not lifting the phone.
