The detailed tracking history shows that the parcel has already reached Kolkata and was forwarded to Chandannagar, yet there has been no further update or delivery confirmation. It has been over ten days since dispatch, which is far beyond the expected delivery time for this route.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update on:
