This is regarding the product "Oxolloxo Women Red Solid Corduroy Bomber
Jacket" pertaining to the order number *********************. I have never
claimed that the product provided to me was not in a good condition, it
surely was and still it is in the same condition with all the tags intact.
But I want to highlight that the delivery agent who had come to pick up the
product found differences in the details provided to him for the pick up
and the actual details, like the color of the jacket is "*RED" *which is in
its name also as mentioned above but according to the details mentioned
with the agent and also on the transparent packet of the jacket it is
mentioned as "*ORANGE". *
*The same is with the price. The price mentioned on the price tag is ****
where as **** is mentioned on the transparent packaging and also with
delivery agent, but on the contrary the product code mentioned on the
transparent packaging is matching with the QR code of the jacket mentioned
on the price tag. Below are the pics of the same. *
I also want to highlight that that delivery agent has rejected the package
based on these differences only and he wrote it as quality issues. And also
behaved badly and tore the transparent packaging blaming me of fooling him
by providing wrong item whereas I was providing the same product which I
had received few days back.
Please provide me an instant solution of this or else I will even take it
to consumer court where because of the role of intermediaries, I have not
been able to exercise my rights. I would request you to take immediate
action against the delivery agent and on such issues of these difference
which are bothering me and many others of my kind. *Oxolloxo is the worst
brand I have bought it is not at all warm, doesn't look nice and also runs
small. *
