We had ordered a prestige mop through ezmall on **th July and the same was delivered on **th July. When delivered we found that many parts of the mop was missing. hence we called the vendor to replace it. we were told that the return pick up will be made in ** hours and replacement will be made in *-** days. since, then we are waiting for them, taking leave from work and calling them every day. we get message on daily basis that the pick up will be scheduled today and in the evenings we get a message that the pick up was failed and the pick up will be scheduled next day. we are facing issue with this type of game from the vendor.
