I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Mr. Akhil Raj, residing at Anu Bhavan, Neyyattinkara, Balaramapuram, House No. **, Trivandrum,
Kerala, PIN ******, contactable via mobile number **********. The details of the incident are as follows: On **-**-**** I entered into a transaction with Mr. Akhil Raj through the online platform OLX for the sale of a Samsung Galaxy Flip * mobile phone.
Following our negotiation, I sent the phone to his aforementioned address as agreed upon. However, upon receipt of the phone, Mr. Akhil Raj failed to honor the agreed payment and ceased all communication with me. Furthermore, Mr. Akhil Raj has now resorted to criminal behavior by demanding a ransom amount of ₹**,*** in exchange for returning the phone to me. He has threatened me and blocked my attempts to communicate with him, thereby preventing any peaceful resolution of the matter. I possess all pertinent details of our correspondence and transaction history, including screenshots and Whatsapp chats of our conversations. Mr. Akhil Raj’s actions are causing me undue stress and financial loss. Moreover, he has expressed confidence in avoiding legal repercussions by mentioning the Kerala police and asserting that they will not take action against him. Basically, I am from Odisha and working here with IBS Software Bangalore and I am currently residing at Site No: **, LB Shastri Nagar, HAL Post, Bengaluru, Karnataka, PIN ******. I am filing this complaint to uphold justice and maintain the integrity of our legal system, which I trust will ensure a fair resolution to this matter.
