I ordered Vivo z*pro on **th August (Order ID - OD******************) and the product delivered on **th August. When I opened the box I saw that handset (mobile) missing from the box only charger, cable and handsfree is there. I complain to Flipkart they promised me to provide my product on or before **th August and taken a replacement request. They take permission from me to file a fir. I agree to them now today I received mail that your replacement request cancelled. I called to customer service they have not to provide me with any reason for this and again taken replacement request but now I don't have trust on Flipkart. I request you to please help me.
