I placed an order with Ajio on *th April **** (Order ID: FN**********) with the original delivery date set for **th April. However, the delivery has been repeatedly delayed — first to **th, then **th, and now again to **th April — without any proper communication or valid reason.
Despite contacting customer care and escalating the issue to Ajio’s grievance officer via email, I have received no resolution. This has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I believe this is unfair consumer treatment. I request immediate action for either delivery of my product or a full refund.
