I had booked parcel from kurnool to Hyd., on *rd oct ****.Till now it is not delevered and there is no proper update or information from DTDC. They are not even responding the phone calls. I had spoken to every higher official even to the customer care center they also don't have the details of the parcel. It has been nearly * months,
