I purchased a Babyhug tricycle and elephant sofa seat yesterday evening (* March ****) from Firstcry HSR layout outlet. For both these items post discount they charged me with Rs: ****.** which included an additional cost of their membership of Rs: ***.** which they asked me to purchase without which they won't be able to provide me with any discount. Later in the night while browsing for those same products on their website I noticed I was over charged considerably (Rs: ****). Today morning (* March ****) I went to the outlet to bring this issue to their notice for which they said online is different and we outlets are different and post billing they can't do anything. After almost **-** minutes discussion with their manager, they acknowledged the issue and said they would check with their management and let me know. I got a call back in the afternoon from the store and they said I should have checked the price online before purchasing it from them and since its billed now nothing can be done.
