I bought a plan with OTT subscription. I called many times at customer care regarding my OTT subscription link but every time i call them they just generate a ticket and tell me to wait for ** hrs from past * days. I cannot see any progress. Please provide me the ott or otherwise im so annoyed with your service that I have to perforce discontinue netplus,,, worst services ever. I have paid money but i am not being provided with the ott link
