The ecommerce platform for fruits and vegetables namely Otipy has stopped it's operation more than *-* months ago, but has not refunded my wallet money which was recharged a few days before they stopped operations. Still the wallet has a cash balance of Rs. ****.and reward balance of Rs. **.
The recharge was made after a call was received from their customer care prompting to do so and announcing exciting offers. If the company has stopped operations, at least they should refund the money. Kindly help
