Ordered a dining set with order No **** on June ** ****. Unfortunately also ordered a sofa, * wing chairs and a lounger with order number **** on July * ****. Almost * months have passed and they have neither delivered the products or refunded the payment. They keep saying it’s on the way, but this is going on for the past month. I’d like to file a complaint in consumer court for a full refund + damages for mental torture.
