I ordered the octa air antenna on *th Feb **** and today its **th of march.
I contacted them several times through email, everytime they said the order is in transit and never gave a concrete reply to my query.
I feel like i have been ripped off, it is so disheartening to have made this decision to buy that product.
The total money i paid was Rs. **** in which **** was the product cost and **** was life time warranty cost.
If you say i could send you the emails which i sent to them and their replies too.
One of my friends gave me your website's reference before going to the consumer court.
I hope i have got to the right place to get my issue sorted.
