I placed an order on *st February ****. The shipment details were shared on *th February; however, when I tried to track the product, it showed that no booking details were found. I raised a complaint via email, and after several follow-ups, your team informed me that the order was being shipped through another postal service and shared a new tracking ID.
Unfortunately, when I checked the new tracking ID, it also showed that no booking record was found. As of now, my ordered product has still not been delivered, and I have not received any proper response from the Vintage Closet of Kamali team.
