I ordered groceries on Spencers Online grocery shopping App - India. My first order was cancelled and the amount Rs. ****/- wasn't refunded to my account.
I placed second order for Rs. ****/- for which the order was accepted and delivery was scheduled on *nd May **** between *.**am - *.** pm as per the Spencers App. But the same wasn't delivered. After waiting I called the customer care number at *.**pm, no one attended the call and suddenly the app updated as package out for delivery at *.** pm. But still the package wasn't delivered and no response from Spencer.
Since its lockdown trusted a reputed brand but which just couldn't live upto it and delaying is much more than cheating. Pl. help
