Hi ,
I ordered a cake,flowers and a teddy on valentine's day.I even paid an extra amount of Rs *** so that my order gets delivered on the stipulated time. I paid all the money online and neither did I receive the order nor any answers or reponse. I tried calling these people several times but no response received . I even mailed them but no response there too.These people have made a mockery of consumers. I want to file a complaint against them and I want my money with a proper compensation.I feel cheated , harassed and exhausted running behind them.If not resolved I'll definitely approach consumer court.
