When I visit pondichery on April ** **** I ordered a birthday cake as well a mug in flora sensations website and I have paid through online later on I have received email stats that "your ordered has been cancelled ur money will refunded within ** to ** working days"
But now almost * */* years gone still I didn't get any proper email response even I didn't get my money back..
Kindly please do the needful at the earliest
