I am writing to lodge a formal grievance regarding my Amazon order ***-*******-******* for the Thinkit Personalized Wall Clock worth ₹***.
My order was cancelled, and I am dissatisfied with the resolution provided by Amazon Customer Service. Despite contacting customer support, my issue has not been resolved satisfactorily.
I request you to investigate this matter and provide an appropriate resolution at the earliest. If the issue is not resolved within the prescribed time, I will be constrained to approach the National Consumer Helpline and the Consumer Commission for redressal.
