I placed a prepaid order with Da Milano on ** Nov **** for Rs ****. I have not received any updates from the merchant since the order was placed.
When I checked the Delhivery tracking page, I saw that pickup was scheduled three times but the merchant did not hand over the shipment. The order is now showing as cancelled on Delhivery’s side.
I have contacted the merchant via phone, email, and Instagram, but there has been no response. Several other customers have also reported similar non-delivery issues on their page.
Since the merchant failed to dispatch the product, this is a clear case of non-fulfilment. I request you to raise a chargeback and refund the amount to my original payment method.
