“Maine aapke site se earbuds order kiya tha. Ab mere paas sirf payment details aur Delhivery tracking ID hai, order ID mail mein nahi mil raha. PayU transaction no. *********** (₹***) hai aur Delhivery tracking ************** dikh raha hai, jisme * Dec tak delivery likha tha par abhi tak parcel nahi aaya. Please mera order details nikal kar ya to turant deliver karwao ya order cancel karke refund karo.”
