I had placed an order for sunscreen during your B*G* sale and made a successful payment of ₹***.**. The amount was debited from my account immediately, yet the order is still not reflecting in my “My Orders” section. I had already sent a detailed complaint mail along with the payment screenshot, but there has been no proper update or resolution from their side till now.
What is even more unacceptable is that their customer care number is continuously unreachable. Repeated calls are going unanswered, and there is absolutely no support being provided to customers facing payment-related issues.
Kindly please help me get my money back.
