I ordered a replacement set of lenses from Lensfit.com on **th March ****. After repeated attempts to contact them regarding my order, they have been unable to fulfill my order up until now. Also since this was a prepaid order, I had already paid the full amount of Rs ****, and apart from acknowledging that they have received my order and my prescription details, they have not replied to me once. It has been close to * months now and I am fed up with repeatedly emailing to them and my words falling on deaf ears. I have tried contacting their number but it's of no use since it is inoperable. I don't know how but I want my money back from them.
