It has been more than ***+ days for one of the order and *** days for the other one. Calls landing in voice email. Emails are not responded in time. Every time they apologize and mention they will resolve the issue in next *-* days but that never happens. At least *-* times they promised it will be sorted but no results. Other consumers have similar issues on the internet with the same company. When I ask for the refund, no details are being provided. Money is not insignificant for me, **K worth overall. I suspect some fraud given the nature of answers from customer care, feedback from users on internet and Facebook.
