I have ordered * products
*- They didn't clearly mention about the product then I felt cheated.
*- Order delivery date was after * and a half month.
*- Even after that I got messages of delay.
*- I complained multiple times on app which was an automated system.
*- After long when I didn't get any response I searched customer support contact and got email id.
*- Sent mail multiple times many times automated messages.
*- They keep me busy with stupid things which were not working now they say you have not contacted within the time frame.
*- I read their terms and condition it was mentioned that if at all you didn't get the order you are eligible for a refund so I was a bit relaxed.
*- Now they are saying we can't refund.
**- The contact no on support is non-working.
