I ordered an item Casio Youth AE-****WHL-*AVDF Digital Black Dial Unisex (D***) watch from Culture Circle and paid Rs.****/- for it. The ordered was placed on *th Jan **** and Order ID was **************. I made the payment with UPI via Gpay. The estimated date of delivery was *th Jan **** but I have not received the item till date. Their app shows no update in the order status and when I contacted support and raised support tickets nothing is happening there as well. Looks like a scam. I requested order cancellation and refund but they are only providing automated bot replies with zero help or assistance.
