I placed an order (Order No. *********) on PUMA India’s official website. The order has been significantly delayed without any clear delivery timeline being provided.
On contacting customer support, I was informed that the shipment was delayed due to high order volume and carrier constraints. However, no confirmed dispatch date or expected delivery date has been shared. The tracking link provided does not show meaningful movement of the shipment.
Despite follow-ups, the company has only stated that the issue will be “escalated internally,” but no concrete resolution has been offered. This has caused inconvenience, uncertainty, and mental frustration due to lack of transparency and accountability.
I request:
Immediate delivery of the product or full refund.
Compensation for the inconvenience and delay.
Clear explanation for the failure in service.
The company has failed to provide proper service and timely communication, which amounts to deficiency in service.
