I ordered mobile cases from Sirphire.com on ** nd may . It is mobile accessories company . One day after ordering i.e ** rd may it showed all the details like order placed and also tracking details.and I even got the tracking link from shop rocket after * days i.e ** may when I checked it is showing in the tracking details pickup failed due to vendor not ready with the order and even on ** th may also pickup failed due to same reason . After ** th may there is no update . I tried to call their customer support there was a virtual assistant support but it will just I can understand your disappointment I will connect to the concerned team and then no reply . I tried calling multiple times but no reply and emailed them also but solution . I want to sue them .. it's may ** st today till now response .
