I have ordered a product from boat named Airdopes bliss ANC - Cool Blue

Cool Blue) on **/**/****. For about a week I didn't get the order delivered to me so I was calling to their customer care repeatedly they said me to wait. To my astonishment I got a message on **/**/**** saying that I have recieved the order but I didn't even get a call from the delivery person neither I shared my OTP. However, company is simply saying that they can't investigate it since I have verified the OTP but I didn't even get a call how could I have verified OTP please help me in this case
