I had placed an order in November, & patiently waited till December. Order # *****. After almost a month has passed when I asked them what happened to my order their response was "production issues". I believed them but I also saw that they never stopped taking orders during this whole time which was very strange since I have seen small businesses pausing their acceptance of orders for sometime if their capacity is full. *-* weeks passed, no response, when I checked again, they gave the same excuse "production issues", but never stopped taking orders, in fact, i saw now they are putting up more & more discounts like flat **% off on whole website. I asked them to refund my money, since I am done waiting. To my surprise, they are ghosting me now, & deleting my comments in their Instagram page.
