I purchased a shirt from Snitch and due to size issue, I placed the replacement. First of all multiple replacement order was created. Then ekart agent came to pick my order and I handed him my order. He said there are two tickets assigned to him. So he will cancel once and process one for the pickup. Now I am struggling to get my replacement order from more than a week. When I try to connect with snitch customer care, there is no proper resolution. This is very frustrating.
I will never ever order from snitch again.
