Hello,
I purchased this product from your website, however unfortunately, I got absolutely a defective product, with torn jeans that no-one would be able to wear.
This is absolutely unacceptable and the product is totally different from what was shown on the website vs what I received.
I Paid *** to the delivery boy & I was supposed to receive this product in the below ad, however I am attaching the photo of the product that I received. Please look at it yourself, please return the product and refund the full amount of *** rupees paid to the delivery boy through UPi.
I tried reaching out to you on the phone number provided on the website ***********, however that is not working and I sent a message online as well.
Please return & refund the full amount at the earliest convenience.
