I placed an order with electronicsagoral.info and noticed that twice amount (approx Rs. ****/-) has been deducted from my account. Where else I placed the order when the price was $*.** and I immediately cancelled my order. I was told that within ** to ** days my money will be refunded but now it is almost nearing * month and till now no progress on till date on **th again twice the fraud amount (twice) has been detected and now total value of the amount came to Rs. ****.**/-. Just today also I chatted and enquired and received the same message "under progress, please be patient".
I dont understand why the cancellation and refund taking this much long time. Can you please help me to get my money back to my account.
