i had ordered gluegun from flipkart during big billion sale with order ID-OD****************** on ** oct ****. the product was approved and packed. it was ready for courier pickup but they didnt deliver it and on ** oct **** the order was cancelled by the seller stating item the went out of stock.
i had mailed their grievance team to make sure that the order dont get cancelled but their team being seller oreinted cancelled my order for no reason. i bought this item at just rs **. its a mental harrasment for a customer who got a great deal but flipkart couldnt fullfill it. they are not even ready to pay for the compensation now . iam a flipkart plus member and they had totally disappointed me . kindly take action against them
