I have placed my orders for zouk bags and gift box. But immeduately after placing my order, in few hours i changed my mind and i wanted to cancel my order. I am chasing them from just * hours after placing the order about order cancellation. But they are not responding through mail. Or they are not receiving my calls. It is in their policy that if we send them a mail for order cancellation before dispatching the order. *% will be applied as cancellation fee . And other amount will be refunded to you. But no resoponse from their end. Since last * days..
