I had booked a private sleeper for a travel to Bangalore from Chennai on **th June through intercity. ( **.** pm at Chennai n reaching Madiwala at next day morning *.**).The captain called me saying that there will be a pick up van to drop passengers to Koyambedu from our pickup location in tiruvanmiyur. The bus which we boarded at Koyambedu broke down somewhere near Sriperumbudur just after an hour of travel and I along with few other girls were asked to board another bus in which we were given the last row of seats which were all JUST SEATERS. We had to just sit all throughout the night. Adding to this plight ,this bus broke down near Ambur and we were stranded for almost an hour. I couldn't even get down since I had my luggage. Suddenly the crew turned off the AC and we felt suffocated. On **th morning my mother reported this to the customer care and was told that the issue would be escalated and a supervisor would call back before *pm. Since she did not receive any calls even after *pm she had to call a few times more until the supervisor finally got time to talk to me. He said he would look into the problem and get back to me after **hrs. I very clearly told the supervisor Mr. Anish that I need A FULL REFUND OF THE TICKET AMOUNT. This is the least I could ask for, for all the ordeals I faced the whole of the night.
