Just * month before I received a phone call from bharatpe agent and they offered me a merchant loan for amount rs ******.**. interest rate for this loan *.* % per month and loan processing fees was **** rs which I paid on **/*/**** at the time of application for loan. Loan I'd is BPL*************. As per the terms & condition of company they have to charge installment amount on daily basis from my merchant account on Bharat pe. after that I didn't get loan amount in my bank account and they started deducting installment from my BHARTPE merchant account on daily basis after that when I call them and asked them that still I didn't get loan amount in my bank account and you guys are deducting installment on daily basis then they said loan amount will be credited in your account in next *-* days due to bank server issue after *-* days I still not get that amount and deduction was continuously going from my account whenever I called them they gave nonsense excuse so I just stopped using my bhartpe merchant account for save myself from unauthorised deduction after that bhartpe executive continuosly calling me and threatened and harrased me for non payment of installment of loan because I stopped accepting payments from bhartpe merchant QR code so they can't deduct installment amount from my merchant account due to non availability of fund. whenever I told them that I didn't get any loan amount till date then why should you guys are threatening me for installment you guys have to refund my money back which you deducted unauthorised way then they said that was a different matter just pay the installment. still I didn't get loan amount and fraud bharatpe deducted more than ***** rs as installment and **** rs processing fees from me. I want my complete amount including processing fees with interest and also want compensation for all mental harrasment.
