Subject: Deposit not credited – Request for refund (Amount ₹**,***)
Complaint Description:
I am writing to report an issue regarding a deposit made on the Parimatch platform.
I deposited an amount of ₹**,*** into my account, but the amount has not been credited yet. The transaction was successfully completed from my bank account, but it is still showing as “pending” / not received on the platform.
Transaction Details:
• Amount: ₹**,***
• Date: [ ** March **** ]
• Payment Method: [ paytm / UPI ]
• Transaction ID: [ ************ ]
I have attached all the necessary proof, including payment screenshots and bank statements.
I kindly request you to either:
• Credit the amount to my account immediately, or
• Refund the full amount back to my bank account
This issue has caused me significant inconvenience. Please resolve this at the earliest.
If not resolved, I will proceed with further legal and cybercrime complaints.
