श्री मान,
मेरा नाम शरद कुमार वर्मा s/o सुरेश चंद्र है। मेरा खाता संख्या *************** बैंक ऑफ इंडिया सूरतगंज, बाराबंकीमें स्थित है जिसमे दिनांक **/**/**** को शाम *:** बजे ***** रुपये ऑनलाइन किसी के द्वारा निकाल लिए गए थे जिसमे किसी के द्वारा **,*** वोडाफोन एम-पैसा , तथा ***** आईडिया- मनी में ट्रांसफर किये गए हैं। और रुपये मेरे खाते से * बार में काटे गए हैं जिसका ओ.टी.पी. हमे नही प्राप्त हुआ है, बिना ओ.टी.पी. के रुपये खाता से ट्रांसफर होने की संभावना नही है , पर बैंक वाले हमे सही जानकारी नही दे रहे हैं
हमने प्रार्थना पत्र **/**/**** को बैंक ऑफ इंडिया में प्रबंधक महोदय को दे दिया था पर ** दिन बीत गए हैं अभी तक मेरे रुपये भी वापस नही हुए है
अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि जांच करके मेरे पैसे वापस दिलाने की कृपा करें।
