- Oneplus 8 Green line screen issue after update my phone Open

I baught oneplus * phone in **** at ₹*****. Recently After update my oneplus * phone, A green line came in screen . I called oneplus customer support about issue. They told me that this phone came to its end of life so they cant replace screen and also cant offer Swap offer for this phone. Same i escalated this issue on email but reply was same that this phone cant be repaired. But irony is that they are continuously selling phone on name of lifetime screen warranty gimmick. And according to them thta their phones life is *-* years. What a rubbish company which dont care about customer money . They think customers are fools and filling their pocket with hard money of customers. I am attaching Email's Reply in which oneplus Reps clearly said that this phone can not repair by oneplus and offering ₹**** voucher which i denied to accept . Because if I can lost ₹***** then why i should accept chillar from fraud company which didnt care about customer's hard earn money.
