I had visited Jaydev Motor showroom in the month of February **** to inquire about new Vespa Elegante *** cc. They said we have a new stock of January **** model. So I planned to buy and purchase new Vespa Elegante *** scooter from Jaydev motors on **th February ****. My temporary registration got expired on **th March **** still, they haven't registered my vehicle. They are delaying it next week. Yesterday Vespa service camp was there in Bhatkal (Uttar Kannada), I saw the registration documents it was stated manufacturing Model April ****. I was shocked to see the *-year-old Model Vespa elegant given to me. In Insurance copy, the manufacturing date is ****. I request that I need new **** model Vespa Elegante from Jaydev Motors, Udupi.
So I request consumer court to help me in this matter. File attached
