I booked ola on * november **** at ** pm using the mentioned number on ola applicaiton. The booking win best number is CRN **********. After booking was done, driver asked for * times the amount shown on ola application. I refused and he started abusing me. when i asked him to cancel the ride as i could go for another one, he simply refused and didn't allow me to book another ride. I couldn't cancel my ride as i had to pay for cancellation charges. The driver used abusive language after calling again and again. I reported this to ola multiple time. They didn't even respond properly. They simply asked my email and didn't take any efforts to punish the driver. The driver didn't come and didn't even cancel the booking till next day. This is how the driver tortured me. I complained to ola multiple times. But no action taken. I have attached the evidence of ola not taking any action on the driver in the attachment. Kindly take actiion. Thanks
