I have paid Ola ride twice *** Rs because of error from Ola app and after verification from Ola service after ** days they have checked their transactions and initiated a refund and asked me to wait for ** days. After ** days I still didn't receive any cash to my Google pay or bank account. I shared all my bank statements from both of my banks along with account number IFSC code, UPI I'd everything. They have sent a mail stating your issue has been resolved. I enquired the Ola and they said they have issued *** Rs as a coupon code rather than money. I requested them that I don't need any coupon I need my money. Because there are no issues from my end or from my bank end and I cannot buy food from their coupon the money earned by me. The issue was with Ola app. They asked me to wait for * more days and still not resolved. The issue is raised on *nd July **** and still not resolved.
