purchased Ola Electric S* X plus on ** dec **** from my credit card against order IDOET-***************-MSX*** and cancel my order on **/*/**** due to delay in delivery and no any update by Guwahati showroom. but till my refund is not credited in my yes bank credit card. i also received mail from ola regarding Your request for cancellation is successful and the refund has been initiated on **/**/**** . In my app showing refund successful on **/**/****. but no refund credited.
I also mailed ola support regarding this but no any reply .
