Ola Electric's service has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Despite purchasing their Ola Care plan, which promises home pickup, service, and delivery, my bike remains inoperable. Despite multiple calls for assistance, the promised service hasn't materialized. They've ignored requests to change or contact alternative numbers, leaving me stranded without any resolution. It's a downright pathetic and disastrous experience, feeling like nothing more than money being looted from a customer who expected reliable service.
