Against ticket no ********* there was a refund of Rs. **. I had shared my bank account details for refund. I have talked to them over phone several times. Also several mail has been sent from my part. Despite of everything they are not refunding my payment. On the other hand they are closing the ticket without payment. I asked for payment proof. They could not show me. So, I am in trouble and there is a question mark of honesty from ola end.
