I just completed a ride with Ola (*-Nov approximately **.**pm). Ride fare was rs. ** and I had opted GPay as my payment method. I paid through GPay while on ride. However after getting down at my drop point, it prompted me to pay in cash and I had to do so. Effectively, I was charged twice for same ride. I have the receipt for both cash and GPay transaction.
