Dear team
We enrolled for my ward Nivaan Amit Anwani on **th July **** for Class to full master program by paying Rs. ***** via UPI.
Sind we did not find the class engaging and even the responses and interactiveness is almost zero form ODA side, We have applied for refund request to ODA class within stipulated time of * calendar days from first start class ie **th July by sending email for refund request on support@pigeonedu.com and whatsapp on +** **********. There is no response or acknoledgement at all, no one picks up the calls even i have tried there contact us numbers no one picks up. Even the mentor teacher number htey have provided to us never picks up the call.
