I had applied number portation with Airtel from vodafone in the last week of october. After several follow ups the number was not ported and finally customer care arrogantly dismissed the portation request disrespectfully. Each time the reason given of delay was lame and lies. Final discussion tone from airtel customer service was as if the customer care person is doing a big service in getting the portation done. The TAT for this job is * days and this had taken more than **.
My request here is that such cases should be visible to airtel leadership as the people handling from customer service lack in maturity and can be disrespectful to the customer as seen jn my case.
