I bought a Samsung galaxy M**s from amazon.in as this product is only available online, but this device seemed to have issues, so Amazon offered a replacement, but there is a problem with this particular model itself, so I asked for a refund, and now they create a refund request but no one comes to collect the product back and that's why my money is stuck with Amazon since * days now
